A word from our perfumer

My approach to the project was to adapt perfumes for skin into scents for candles. I based the formula for each of my original fragrances on fine perfumery. Each raw material was carefully selected in order to denote characteristics reminiscent of each particular country and its unique ambiance. This is how I found myself on a beach in Brazil tasting a passionfruit flavoured cocktail; or at the doors of the Alhambra palace enchanted by its rich amber aromas; in an English garden in the springtime surrounded by blossoming magnolias, heavenly freesias and magnificent roses; not forgetting in Andalucia with its crisp notes of blackcurrant and prickly pear.
